What we heard when we listened.
Zenya did not start with a product. It started with a lot of listening. This is what we heard, and why we began with one small pink trainer and the 90-Day Transformation Program to go with it.

I did not start Zenya because I had all the answers. I started it because I listened. I read hundreds of conversations between women over 45: in forums, in comment sections, in long threads that started with one brave question and ended with hundreds of replies.
The details changed from woman to woman. The feeling did not. One sentence kept coming up, again and again:
"Why did nobody tell us?"
Nobody told us about the leaks when we laugh. About the strength that slips away a little every year. About the body that suddenly needs a new map, in the bedroom and out of it. And nobody told us what to do with all this new freedom when it finally arrived.
I was not reading as an outsider. I am in this chapter too. One afternoon I said no to the trampoline with my niece, and I did not even stop to ask myself why. I just knew I was not going to risk it. That was the day those threads stopped being other women's stories.
What we heard most
-
"I stopped jumping."
Trampolines with grandchildren, tennis, dancing: little things quietly given up because of leaks. Around half of women in their 50s have some leakage, and almost nobody talks about it.
-
"My legs are not what they were."
Stairs, low chairs and shopping bags that feel heavier every year. After menopause, muscle slips away a little every year unless we use it.
-
"I don't feel like me."
Not old. Just less strong, less confident, less at home in the body.
-
"Nobody talks about sex after 50."
Changes no one prepares you for, and a lot of quiet wondering.
-
"I don't have time for a gym."
Or the wish to stand in one, surrounded by 25-year-olds.
Why we started with one
We could have launched ten things. We chose one that answers several of those sentences at once: a small trainer you squeeze between your thighs, knees or hands. It works your pelvic floor, inner thighs, glutes and arms, quietly, from the sofa, in ten minutes.
And why it comes with a plan
A trainer on its own is easy to forget in a drawer. I did not want to sell you a gadget and leave you alone with it. So I asked five women's health experts, three gynecologists and two physiotherapists, to build a plan with me: the Zenya 90-Day Transformation Program.
Ten minutes a day. A new set of moves every day, one easy day each week, and nothing to work out on your own. Every morning you know exactly what to do. The program is free, and it only comes with the trainer.
Train ten minutes a day with the program. If you don't feel the difference in 60 days, get your money back. No questions asked.
More will follow, each one made for a different need you told us about. But we wanted our first one to earn its place in your life. It is our turn. Let's start here.

What if it doesn't work for me?

What is the 90-Day Transformation Program?
A day-by-day plan, ten minutes a day, designed by a team of 3 gynecologists and 2 physiotherapists specialised in women's health. Each day tells you which moves to do and how many. It is free, and only for women who buy the trainer.
Why only one product?
Because we would rather make one thing that truly helps than ten that sit in a drawer. The next ones are shaped by what you tell us: you can vote on the Coming next page.
How do I tell you what I need?
