Zenya (“we”, “us”) runs this website and online store (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify.
This policy explains how we collect, use and share your personal information when you visit, use or buy from our Services, or otherwise talk to us. By using the Services you agree to this policy.
What we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:
Contact details: your name, address, phone number and email.Order and payment details: what you buy, shipping and billing details and payment confirmation. Card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us.Account details: if you create an account, your login and preferences.Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or by email.Device and usage information: such as your browser, IP address and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we collect it
Directly from you when you shop, sign up or contact us; automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the site; and from service providers who help us run the store, such as payment, shipping and analytics partners.
How we use it
To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and payments, and keep you updated.
To send you emails you have signed up for, such as the Sunday letter, and to show you relevant ads on other websites based on your activity. You can opt out at any time.
To keep our store secure and prevent fraud, to answer your messages, and to meet our legal obligations.
Cookies
We use cookies to make the site work, remember your preferences and understand how people use it. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed with: Shopify and other service providers who run parts of our business for us (payments, shipping, email, analytics, customer support); advertising and marketing partners, in line with your choices; anyone you ask us to share it with; and authorities where the law requires it, or if our business changes ownership.
We do not sell your personal information.
Shopify
Shopify hosts our store and may process some information about your use of it to provide and improve its services. Shopify is responsible for that processing under its own privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Our site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Children
Our Services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and how long we keep it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storing or sending data is completely secure. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, meet legal and accounting requirements and resolve disputes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the “sale” or “sharing” of your data. We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where required.

Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your data, please contact us first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information outside your country, including in the United States. When we transfer data from the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
